Jalepeño Poppers

Crispy, creamy, spicy, cheesy… these poppers are our go-to appetizers. These are incredibly easy to make and taste even better than the ones you get in the restaurants!

Ingredients

  • Jalepeños Peppers

  • Onion and Chives Cream Cheese (we love the one from Trader Joe’s)

  • Mexican Blend Cheese

  • Panko Bread Crumbs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Slice your jalapeńo peppers lengthwise in half and scoop out the seeds.

  3. Fill the jalapeño peppers with cream cheese.

  4. Add the Mexican blend cheese to the top of all the peppers - the more the better!

  5. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs.

  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.

  7. Enjoy hot with your favorite sauce!
